Agreement

These Terms cover your use of the Celarus website, products and services. By using the site, creating an account, or buying anything from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree with any part of them, stop using the site and our services.

Read these alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Industry affiliation

You may not create an account, buy access, or use our products if you are employed by, contracted to, or otherwise affiliated with — formally or informally, paid or unpaid — or acting on behalf of, any of the following:

• a developer or publisher of video games;
• a storefront or distributor that sells games;
• an operator of a game platform or online service;
• a provider of anti-cheat, security or game-integrity software or services.

This includes acting on their behalf as an investigator, researcher, consultant, contractor or agent.

It applies to you personally, whatever account or payment method is used. A personal account, or an account belonging to someone else, does not make it permitted.

You also may not disclose, share or describe our products, builds, or anything you learn about them through your access, to anyone in those categories — or use your access to gather information for them.

By creating an account or buying access, you confirm that none of the above applies to you. Where we reasonably believe that it does, we may suspend or terminate access, as set out below.

Accounts and security

An account is required to view the titles. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens through it. Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, break these Terms, or put our platform or our members at risk.

What we sell

We sell our own mods, menus and trainers — one build per title. We make these products; we do not resell anyone else's. Everything is delivered digitally and nothing ships physically.

Product details, features, compatibility, pricing and availability can change at any time. We may modify, discontinue, restrict or replace a title or a build at our discretion.

Access terms

• Terms — a day, a week or a month of access to one title, bought outright. Terms do not renew. When one ends, access ends until you buy again.
• Lifetime — one payment, access kept, offered only on selected titles. What lifetime means is set out below.

A license covers one account and one title unless we say otherwise. You are buying access, not ownership, and not the right to redistribute.

The usage boundary

Builds are made for offline single-player use. They are not made, tested or supported for online or multiplayer modes, and must not be used in them or to gain an advantage over other players.

You are responsible for how you use a build, and for any consequences that follow from using it outside its intended scope.

Orders and payment

We accept cryptocurrency only — currently Bitcoin, on-chain and over Lightning. We do not accept cards or bank transfers.

When you pay, you are responsible for sending the right asset, to the right address, in the right amount. We are not responsible for network fees, for exchange-rate movement between the quote and your payment, or for errors made by a wallet or payment provider.

Crypto payments cannot be reversed. If we cannot complete an order — a pricing error, a technical fault, or suspected fraud — we will cancel it and return the payment to the address it came from where that is practical.

Digital delivery

Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Confirmation times vary with the network, and we do not guarantee a specific timeframe. Your licenses appear in your account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

Game updates

Every build depends on a game we do not make and do not control. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of the games we support.

A game update can change how the game behaves, and can stop a build working. Where we can, the build is updated for the new version and the change is published in the changelog. A turnaround shown on a product page is a target, not a guarantee.

Where a build cannot be updated for a game version, existing licenses are honored for the versions the build does support.

Lifetime access

Lifetime means the life of the title as we support it — not your lifetime, and not the lifetime of the game.

We build and maintain these products ourselves, but we do not control the games they work with. If a game changes, or is withdrawn, in a way that makes support impossible, lifetime access to that title ends with it. Where that happens, we will say so in the changelog.

Your responsibilities

• Use products and services lawfully.
• Follow the instructions that come with a purchase.
• Keep your account secure.
• Give accurate information when you sign up or order.
• Respect intellectual property, ours and other people's.

How you use a product after you buy it is your responsibility.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Abuse payment systems, or make false claims about a purchase.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Disrupt the operation of our website or services.
• Share, resell, redistribute or publish a build, or a license, where that is not allowed.
• Repackage our builds as your own.
• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten or abuse our staff or our members.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate access where we reasonably believe a user breaks these Terms, is involved in fraud or abuse, tries to exploit our services, harasses others, or poses a risk to our business or systems.

Losing access does not automatically entitle you to a refund, and it does not remove any right you have under the law where you live.

Intellectual property

Our builds, and all content, branding, graphics and text on this site, belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, repackage or resell them, share them with anyone who has not bought a license, or otherwise exploit them, without our written permission.

Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no guarantee about the availability, reliability, compatibility or performance of a product, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or to a build.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products or services. That includes loss of profits, loss of data, account restrictions, service interruptions, and software incompatibilities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes

If you have a dispute about a product or service, contact us first — we would rather resolve it directly than escalate it. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under the law where you live.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the full agreement between you andCelarus about your use of the site, products and services. They replace any earlier agreement or understanding.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes, and we will communicate material changes through the site. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
