Purchases are final

Access is bought for a fixed period and paid in crypto. Crypto payments cannot be reversed, and there are no voluntary refunds.

Your rights

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the law where you live. If a build is faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

For software, that remedy is a repair: the title is rebuilt so it works as described. Where a rebuild is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction on the affected access.

Before you buy

Every title lists the build it supports, the stores it covers and what it does. Check that against your game before paying — access is not refundable because a title does not suit a setup it never claimed to support.

Fraud

Access is terminated, without refund, where payment is fraudulent or a license is shared or resold.
